IRIE Outreach
In 2019, Studio B dentist Dr. Joshua Badall founded IRIE Outreach, a nonprofit built on a simple conviction: every person deserves healthy teeth, regardless of where they were born. The organization focuses on Steer Town, Jamaica, where access to dental care has historically been nearly nonexistent.
Each mission brings a team of volunteer dentists, hygienists, and support staff directly into the community. They offer exams, cleanings, extractions, and patient education to children and adults who have often never seen a dentist before.
Over the years, IRIE Outreach has grown to include hygiene supply distribution, health education workshops, and lasting partnerships with local Jamaican organizations working toward the same goals.

St. Vincent de Paul
Right here in the Valley, the Studio B team shows up at the St. Vincent de Paul dental clinic in Phoenix to provide free care to patients who have nowhere else to turn. No insurance. No ability to pay. Just people who need help and deserve to be treated with the same skill and dignity as any patient.
SVdP serves thousands of uninsured and underserved individuals each year. Studio B volunteers bring their time, their instruments, and their expertise so those visits can happen.
These afternoons are a grounding reminder of something easy to forget in a cosmetic practice: a healthy mouth is not a luxury. It is part of living well.
